This feature shall include selecting a training forecast yearly with approval from higher authority to plan the courses and schedule for the trainees accordingly. The course plan shall be designed as stated with the intention around the organizing principles and essential concepts of the domain that will provide opportunities for in-depth exploration in a variety of contexts. The needed will be coordinated from the approval of authorized concerns (DIG) following which the necessary will be done by ASP/SP to accumulate the training attributed including identifying the courses that needs to be taught, name of training, duration, configure eligible criteria resource allocation including the course coordinator etc.
A systemized training includes the total resource utilization and efficiency by ensuring that the most suitable resources are allocated for each training event. This enables the avoidance of costly, time consuming and erroneous manual planning efforts. Following the approval from concern authority after defining the course plan, analyzing a strategy to setup of the curriculum by defining the pre-requisites, the resource allocation for the courses will be identified. Eligibility for the allocation will be specified and categorized consecutively and assigned.
Following the provided specifications by ASP/SP and approval from concern authorities (DIG), course coordinators from respective portals to get specifications of the courses assigned to them, and conduct the necessary to accumulate the training attributes to initiate the activity. This will include assigning of the teachers to teach the courses according to the set eligibility criteria, DO letter generate specifying the list of trainees and qualification, prepare a catalogue mentioning the items needed to conduct the training, prepare the syllabus and contents. Following approval from concerns of ASP/SP, the stated initiatives are to be structured consecutively to initiate a training platform.
The curriculum will be designed considering the level of trainees allocated for the training purposes. Concepts are to be designed that will initiate procedures that constitute the knowledge base of the discipline around the organizing principles of the domain. Course pre-requisites will be specified accordingly. It will as will define if mock test or spot exam needs to be taken as per the respective courses.
The system may have the option that will provide to initiate the version upgrades of contents across respective courses and simultaneous records to be kept. The specification is to be stated by the course coordinators and after approval from the concerns of ASP/SP, the necessary to be initiated.
Development may aside include setup of course related materials including PDF of contents, providing of specifications for reference video, through which the selected trainees would be able to get access to the required documents through course related material list as to be needed during training duration.
Subsequently to the allocation of the course coordinators and training specifications, DO letter to be generated through system consisting of list of trainees for each schedules allocated to be sent for approval from ASP/SP. This is to be done by the course coordinators by providing the specification of the trainees including stating their qualification, eligibility criteria etc.
After approval from the concerns, the trainees to get notification through SMS or emails of the credentials through which they will be able to access to respective portals for their training specifications (course materials and required tests) as to be assigned to them.
Following the approval from the higher authorities (ASP/SP), the coordinators will enter the trainee specifications in the system. According to the eligibility of the trainees, and the course they need to get enrolled, the participants will be respectively registered to batches. The trainees from respective portals will get their schedules and their assigned batches specifications.
The course coordinators are to prepare a checklist consisting of the necessities required to conduct potent training environment. This may include of the markers, whiteboards, pens, computer, projector, speakers, etc. the requisition list will be sent for approval to ASP/SP following which the necessities are to be acquired and assorted as to be needed. The class rooms will be simultaneously set accordingly to batches and number of participants and duration approved from concerns included courses assigned.
Also included for the opening ceremony for the initiation of the training classes, invitation letter addressing to the Chief Guest is to be generated through system by the course coordinators, and for the event necessary items are to be requisitioned that after approval from the concerns (ASP/SP) is to be acquired and utilized as to be needed. Consecutively, the same procedure is to be followed for the closing ceremony starting from the generation of the of the invitation letter to requisition of the items needed for the event.
The course curriculums are to be defined by the course coordinators and to be sent for approval from the concerns (ASP/SP). Following, the course instructors are to be selected based on defined criteria to conduct the trainings. They will be sorted respective of their degrees and will be chosen according to the courses designed to be conducted. This is to be done by the course coordinators. After approval from higher authorities (ASP/SP), the selected are to be notified. The trainers will then be will then be acknowledged of the batches and the courses they have been assigned to take.
To initiate a potent training session, the system will facilitate the trainees to evaluate the trainers as to be needed. Trainees from each batch are to evaluate their respective trainers through their respective portals. Aside to judge the trainers skill evaluation, the concerns including the course coordinators including ASP may evaluate the trainers through the course coordinator portals. A set of questionnaires may be defined in the system based on which the trainers will be consecutively evaluated and the result will help to initiate a constructive training session for the participants.
The evaluations of the trainees throughout the course will be done accordingly via the course coordinators. Quizzes and spot exam will be conducted regularly to evaluate the trainees. The exams following the conclusion of the trainings are to be taken both on-line and off-line. For exam preparation, each trainee from respective portal will sit for a mock test which will help them to evaluate themselves before taking the final examination. For ensuring security and feasibility, the platform may generate a unique code for the exam that will need to be applied to take the exam. The trainees will then login their respective profile and use the code to give the exam.
Following the conclusion of the exam, the marks (both online and off-line) will be calculated based on weighted average of the total exam marks and the final result are to be generated through the system and the final copy to be submitted to the headquarters accordingly to batches of a session.
